Bio of Keith Luo 

Keith demonstrated his leadership, expertise in trading systems and financial products, Market Data Systems and management of Vendor relationships.  He managed architecture design, development and testing of Proprietary Trading, Prime Trade, Derivatives, Quantitative, Algorithmic, Institutional Trading, Security Lending, Risk Management systems (Fixed Incomes, Equities) and Market Data Systems.  He designs, builds and supports Trading Systems of Equities, Fixed Incomes and Derivatives for 19 years.  He has been leading in full project life cycle development of the end-to-end, large mission critical projects. 

He has strong track records at Large-scale High-performance trading system, trading engines, search engines, real-time market data; developed 4 international and U.S. software patents and numerous other awards.  He was a speaker invited at major international technology or trading systems conferences in NY and Silicon Valley.

Keith was ranked by GLG as a Scholar in top 20%.  1990 Nobel Prize laureate commended him highly.  After he studied MIT Prof. Robert Ariel’s manuscript of Advanced Investment Theory, he asked the professor questions for 75 minutes next day.  Prof. Ariel, Ph.D. in both Finance and Investment from MIT and in Mathematics, said: "You're reviewing my manuscript of Investment Theory like a MIT Journal reviewer."  Prof. Steve Lucci, chairman of his school Computer Science Department, said: "You're the best in my 20 years teaching Searching and Sorting" of world top experts' theories.  His MBA classmate is MD at Bank of America.  His performance is consistently comparable to his classmate’s.
